A 7-1/4" x 8" free-form panel featuring a blue jay perched among leaves and pink flowers. A careful selection of glass types, colors, textures, and grain direction to match the various parts of the scene helps to create depth and realism in the design. This project was constructed using the copper foil technique. Article originally published on page 30 in the Winter 2020 issue of Glass Patterns Quarterly®.
