A 9" x 9-1/2" stained glass panel that celebrates the beach ball and flip-flop days of summer. The free-form border adds interest to the design. Paying careful attention to the glass grain in the wispy and streaky glasses also gives the piece more depth. This project was constructed using the copper foil technique.
