Wendy Williams demonstrates using orange, green, and clear rod to build a sculptural iris with stem and leaves. Petals are shaped using a graphite paddle to flatten the glass before using a ruffling tool to press grooves into the petal. Before attaching the bloom to the leaves, a piece of clear rod is added to use for mounting the finished flower in a base.
