Joe Forrestall demonstrates creating a basic cone shape for the body of a manatee pendant. Directions and tips are offered for pushing a tungsten rod through the glass to create the pendant bail. The head and snout are then added before finishing by adding the eye, eyelids, and nose. To finish, glass for the flippers and tail are added and shaped with parallel masher.
