The first issue of NZV8 for the year, and we have gone all out on it! For your lineup of toughies, we have one of the best builds to grace our covers — built by Real Rides, it’s a real steel fabrication masterpiece of an ’81 Camaro. If you know your Camaros, you know these were a composite of steel and plastic, but not this one. Executed to perfection, it’s a must-see. We couldn’t go past an S-Pac XD Ford packing a 351 Clevo and a ProCharger — the aesthetics of this car just work so well. Pro Street anything is cool, so when we get a chance to capture one, we’re all over it. Just like Ryan Dunn's HT Monaro — what a build that is, high standards! And lastly, we check out the latest and greatest from the RE Automotive stables — low on hydros and soaked in custom paint, it's a no-brainer, one sick ride. Events-wise, we popped into Kumeu Hot Rod Festival to see what the haps were — turns out it’s still a top-tier show well worth attending. Check out the highlights. We also took our first trip to the NZ Lowrider and Vicla Nationals, and wow-wee, what a sight that was. Will we be back? Hell yeah! The rest of our lineup includes all your favourites — a recap from Hayden in Burnout Files covering his Summernats 37 exploration, Straight Talk, Readers’ Rides highlighting some gems out there, Dragged Up, In the Build, and well, a ton more. Crack into it — the first issue of the year, and we packed it full of the best cars, info, and events in the land. Happy New Year — make this the year to finish those projects or build some cool shit!
