A 10" round stained glass panel featuring a wise owl perched on a smiling jack-o’-lantern. Taxidermy eyes are used to create the owl’s piercing stare, and the use of iridescent glass for the clouds, nighttime sky, and the bird’s feathers adds an eerie glow to this Halloween scene. This project was constructed using the copper foil technique. This article was originally published on page 8 in the Fall 2020 issue of Glass Patterns Quarterly.
