Woven Glass Tray with Stand

Volume 37 - Issue 1

A multicolored woven glass tray made from strips of glass. The strips are fired to a tack fuse using stainless steel weave molds that form an up and down shape on the strips. Cross pieces are then cut and inserted perpendicular to the woven glass strips. Firing schedules are included for weaving and assembling the strips, then draping and slumping the tray.
