The Gallatin News is Gallatin’s local newspaper. Published every Thursday, The News began publication in June 2005. The News was purchased by Main Street Media of Tennessee in May 2013. Founded in 2013, Main Street Media of Tennessee is a multi-media company that publishes 12 local weekly newspapers in 10 Nashville-area counties, a daily e-newspaper called Main Street Nashville, 17 websites, e-newsletters and social media pages as well as radio shows, live videos and podcasts.
